Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

At VIE, we are committed to providing premium-quality products and a smooth online shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before requesting an exchange or return.

1. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
  • Items must be:

v  Unused

v  Unworn

v  Unwashed

v  In original condition with all tags and packaging intact

  • Exchanges are subject to product inspection and stock availability.

 

Important

  • If exchanging for a higher-value item, the customer must pay the price difference.
  • If exchanging for a lower-value item, the remaining balance will not be refunded.

 

2. Online Orders

  • Online orders can be exchanged through our exchange support process.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • VIE reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any exchange request.

 

3. Returns & Refunds

VIE does not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Preference changes after purchase

Refunds are only provided in cases of:

  • Verified manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Situations required under applicable consumer protection laws

Approved refunds will be processed through:

  • Original payment method, or
  • Store credit / voucher (where applicable)

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

 

 

 

4. Damaged, Defective & Incorrect Items

  • Any damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Photo or video evidence may be required for verification.
  • Once approved, VIE will offer an appropriate resolution, including:
    • Replacement
    • Exchange
    • Store voucher
    • Refund

In confirmed fault cases, return shipping costs will be covered by VIE.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Size exchanges for sale items may be allowed subject to stock availability.

6. General Terms

  • VIE reserves the right to decline any exchange or return request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
  • Policy terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.
  • The latest version of this policy will always be available through official VIE channels.
