Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number.

 

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders may be cancelled before confirmation or dispatch.
  • Repeated fake or refused COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.

 

Delayed or Unavailable Items

  • In rare cases, if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, VIE reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

 

Shipping Address Changes

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
  • Address changes may only be possible if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
