If an order is cancelled due to a pricing error, any advance payment received will be refunded in full.

6. Payment Methods
We currently accept:

· Bank Transfer (Advance Payment)
· Raast RTP & QR Payments

· One Biller
Orders paid via bank transfer will be processed after payment confirmation.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan.
Please note:
· Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
· Delays caused by weather, public holidays, courier operations, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
· Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier partner.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled or modified before they have been processed or dispatched.
Once an order enters processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
No Cash Refund Policy
VIE follows a No Cash Refund Policy.
Refunds are not offered except where required by applicable law.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only if:
· You receive the wrong item.
· The product arrives damaged.
· The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
To request an exchange:
· Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
· Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
· Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging.
Exchanges are not available for:
· Change of mind
· Incorrect size selected by the customer
· Minor color variations caused by screen displays
· Damage caused after delivery
· Normal wear and tear
VIE reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any exchange.

All content on the VIE website, including but not limited to:
· Logos
· Product designs
· Graphics
· Images
· Videos
· Website content
· Branding
· Trademarks
is the exclusive property of VIE and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIE shall not be liable for:
· Courier or shipping delays
· Incorrect customer information
· Minor product variations
· Loss or damage resulting from misuse of products
